My vision of The Rambler's Pantry is that of the bounty offered by Gaia, great sustenance that can be found out in the wild places, small or vast, by those who seek it.

Many years back from the confines of my vegetable plot I was taken on a journey sparked by the curiosity of the acorn. "Can it be used for food. If so, how? What about the beech nut? And all these leaves and flowers! " As they say, 'from tiny acorns ...'

Fast forward to now and the oak has grown strong, a deep relationship formed with wild food. So come along for the ramble and join me to discover the delights out in the rambler's pantry!
